Free linen and towels
Your booking will always include bed linen, towels, bath mat, hand towels and tea towels. Beds are prepared for your arrival. Our friends at ‘La Lavanderie’ take care of our linen and towels to ensure they are cleaned to the highest standard.
Your arrival
We love to hand you the keys personally, show you around and answer any questions you may have. On occasions though, your key may be placed in a key safe box by the front door. We will send you an information email with the property address, directions, payment info and useful links.
Serre Chevalier lift passes
All of our guests can enjoy reduced price Serre Chevalier ski passes during much of the winter season, with varying discounts depending on the time of their holiday. Valid for 2-15 day passes only. See our prices here.
Public parking & Access card
We provide you with an access card so you may enter the Cité Vauban with your car (drop off bags, equipment and shopping) at any time during your stay. There is a large car park (Champ de Mars) 200m away. If travelling on your motorbike, there is often space near the apartment to park-up!
Fabulous kitchens
Our apartments have fully-equipped kitchens so you can cook to your heart and belly’s content! We can suggest local chefs and restaurants to you who can deliver meals, wine and beer if you prefer, and we provide a raclette set too!
Ski lessons in English
Gavin Crosby is a B.A.S.I. ski instructor and ex-examiner. He has been a ski instructor in Serre Chevalier since 2001. Gavin has dual nationality (French / British) and holds the highest ski teaching qualification in France. This allows him full ‘French equivalence’ to conduct ski coaching with all levels and ages of skier. Find out more.
Private internet/wifi
Each apartment has its own private wifi internet router with access code. Business travellers and those on a working holiday will enjoy a quiet place to work.
House rules
We do not accept smoking or pets in the apartments. Please save energy by only using the heating when necessary and turning lights off when you go out. We ask that you hand back the apartment as tidy as you found it on arrival (we take care of the cleaning after your departure.)
End of stay cleaning
It’s on us! We thoroughly air, clean and prepare the apartments for our next guests. There are some cleaning products provided should you need them during your stay e.g. washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, detergent), as well as a vacuum, broom, mop and sponge.
Serre Chevalier Ski Bus & Night Bus

“Accommodation has bags of character. It is in the old town, with a good terrace. Kitchen well equipped with washing machine & dishwasher… walking distance to lots of restaurants & shops, though flat/terrace is so nice we ate in most evenings. Large entrance lobby where it was safe for bikes.“
